Located in the heart of Westwood, Los Angeles, the Rochester Condominiums is a 12-unit residential remodel project designed to capture the essence of contemporary architecture. Our team worked meticulously to introduce a new facade system that elevates the building’s vertical character while creating a seamless connection with its surroundings.
The contrast between the bright stucco exterior and the espresso aluminum panels delivers a sophisticated aesthetic that stands out while harmonizing with the district’s charm. This carefully curated facade design extends indoors, influencing the lobby, hallways, and even the bathrooms and kitchens of the units.
